The process was straightforward and moved through an aptitude or online test, two technical discussions, and an HR round. The aptitude stage covered the usual basic aptitude material. In the technical rounds, the emphasis was much more on fundamentals than on advanced algorithms. I was asked to introduce myself, explain my background and skills, and walk through a project clearly, including difficulties I had faced such as bugs or performance issues and how I addressed them. There were also basic logic and coding questions involving areas like loops, strings, arrays, fundamental programs, and scripting.
The technical evaluation felt like it was checking whether I could explain my work, reason through basic programming problems, and communicate clearly, rather than trying to trick me with highly specialized questions. The later conversation also touched on fit and flexibility, while the HR round itself was fairly standard with basic HR-level questions. Communication mattered throughout the process. I received feedback within about a week and was accepted. I would focus on explaining one project in a concise, structured way, including a real problem and solution, and refresh basic programming and scripting fundamentals before the technical rounds.
