Account and Subscription Questions

What is included in the premium membership?

  • As a premium member, you’ll have access to 1000+ interview questions from top tech companies, unlimited code runs, in-depth solutions, 40+ hours of course content, challenge assessments with detailed feedback, 1,600+ company interview guides, 30+ take-home challenges, and priority support with <24 hour response time.

What types of subscriptions do you offer?

Plans available:

  • Monthly Plan: $79 per month, billed monthly – full access, cancel anytime.

  • Yearly Plan: $199 per month, billed monthly – full access, cancel anytime.

  • Lifetime Plan: $299 one-time payment – lifetime access to everything, no recurring fees.

How do I apply the discount from the sale or coupon code I have?

  • Kindly note the coupon code mentioned on the sale banner. You will have to add it to the discount code box during checkout.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • From your Profile tab on Dashboard page. Click on “Cancel Subscription”
  • When you cancel your subscription, you will be redirected to a cancellation form. Once you complete the form you will receive an automated email confirmation of your subscription cancellation. With all our subscriptions, you receive access to IQ until the end of your billing period.
  • If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please send us an email with your subject line as “Subscription Cancellation Confirmation”

I signed up for Interview Query’s monthly subscription, is there any way to upgrade to one of the yearly plans?

  • Yes! On the same Profile tab on your dashboard, click “Manage Subscription” and it will direct you to the Stripe Billing page. Select the “Update Plan” button to change your subscription to yearly and pay the difference between the plans.
  • If you’re having any issues, please email us with your subject line as “Upgrade to Annual Subscription”.

How do I reset my password?

  • From your Profile tab on Dashboard page under the “Security” section, enter your old password and your new password then click “Save”. You should a receive an email notification about the change.

If I cancel my subscription will I lose access to premium features?

No! When you cancel your subscription to Interview Query you will receive access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Troubleshooting

I tried using the SQL or Python editor but it doesn’t work or doesn’t show any output/ I experienced a bug or issue with the platform.

I signed up for Interview Query but I’m unable to access the premium features/ I signed up for Interview Query but my account still says I’m a “Free” user

  • We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with Interview Query. Please try to log out and log back in.
  • If that doesn’t work, please try to log in using incognito or a different browser.
  • Lastly, if that doesn’t work please send us an email at support@interviewquery.com with your subject line as “Unable to Access Premium” and we will help you resolve the issue.

I tried to cancel my subscription on the platform but received an error message.

Please send us an email at support@interviewquery.com with your subject line as “Subscription Cancellation Confirmation”.

Can Interview Query help me with X Interview? Does Interview Query have interview prep resources related to Y topics? I’m preparing for X interview that will go over Y topics, does Interview Query have any resources or advice on how to prepare?

  • If the interview or topic is related to data science the answer is usually yes! We have over 500+ questions from 100+ companies for 9 positions.

Do you guys have a free trial?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer free trials. However, you can sign up as a free user using this link: https://www.interviewquery.com/signup.

How can I submit a solution to a question?

Take advantage of our community by leaving comments or using our text submission feature for automatic feedback. Check out this document for onboarding instructions and community guidelines.

Billing Questions

I signed up for Interview Query but my subscription was automatically renewed and I was charged for a 2nd month.

  • You should receive an email notification for an upcoming auto-renewal charge and your subscription status shows up in your Profile tab on the Dashboard page. You may send us an email with your subject line as “Subscription Auto-Renewal” for us to look into this. Kindly note that auto-renew refunds are case to case basis.

I cancelled my subscription and want to confirm I won’t get charged for the next month.

  • You will receive an automated email confirmation of your subscription cancellation and still receive access to IQ until the end of your billing period.
  • Alternatively, you may check your subscription status on your Dashboard Profile tab. It will show your end of billing period date.
  • If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please send us an email us with your subject line as “Subscription Cancellation Confirmation”

I received an unexpected subscription charge from Interview Query but I don’t have a premium account or didn’t receive any invoice for it.

  • Please double-check to see if you have multiple IQ accounts. Your other accounts may still have active subscriptions causing your credit card to be charged.

I would like to change my payment method, or I would like to change my credit card on file.

  • Open the Profile tab on your dashboard page, click “Manage Subscription” and it will direct you to Stripe Billing page. You will see your card details on the Payment Method section. Add a new payment method first before deleting the old card details.

I signed up for Interview Query Premium but I’m unable to access premium features.

  • In regards to billing, this usually happens due to a failed payment. Please check to make sure you entered your CC info properly and that your payment method has no holds and sufficient funds.

  • Lastly, if you recently paid for a premium subscription but can’t access any content, please log out and log back in to refresh your settings or or email us for assistance.
