Position Summary:
Reporting to the Unit Chief of the Perinatal Hepatitis B Prevention Unit, and working with other Epidemiology and Data Informatics professionals, as well as a team of Public Health Advisors, you will be assigned tasks related to disease surveillance, data analysis, and case reporting, within a program that conducts both disease surveillance and case management for hepatitis B infected pregnant and postpartum patients and case management of their infants and other contacts.

Develop, evaluate, and conduct surveillance of hepatitis B infection in pregnant and post-partum women. Ensure that all reported cases are received by the PHBP Unit and stored in MAVEN, the electronic surveillance and case management system.

Monitor quality of data received and update missing data by importing data from electronic laboratory reports, clinical disease reports, the NYC immunization registry, and health record data.

Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD) is NAVWAR’s focal point for maintenance, repair, installation, delivery, Cyber posture management and sustainment issues for the NAVWAR product line. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Power Platform Developer / Data Analyst  develops and maintains tailored solutions to automate business processes and to streamline data visualizations using Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI on the  NAVWAR  5.0, 6.0 FRD Professional Support Services (PSS) contract . This position is located in San Diego, CA.
What You'll Do   Modify solutions, as necessary, to meet client requirements.
Analyze data sources and processes to support clients.
Implement tools to automate and display data and processes using commercial best practices for data analytics and workflow in FlankSpeed or other application stacks.
Develop and retain configuration files, data, source code, scripts, reports, visualizations, analytics, and algorithms in tools within FlankSpeed.
Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Microsoft 365 developed products.
Provide Microsoft 365 training to small and large audiences.
Prepare, analyze, and implement workflows to automate processes and data management.
Analyze, cleanse, aggregate, curate, and integrate data and workflow from disparate business systems.
Prepare architectures for Microsoft 365 developed tools and respective guidance.
Implement and support data analytics and workflow solutions in FlankSpeed (e.g., databases, data integration, encryption, cybersecurity, data visualization, application hosting, knowledge portals, low-code and no-code application platforms).
Bid and proposal support if requested.
Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For   Required Qualifications:
An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
Certifications   Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate PL-300 (PL-100 or PL-400 would also qualify).

At least seven (7) years of experience developing and sustaining custom Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI visualizations in Microsoft 365 to meet client objectives.
Demonstrated experience with providing Microsoft 365 training to small and large audiences.
Must possess ability to perform administrative functions to support client objectives in the Microsoft 365 Flank Speed environment.
Demonstrated experience working with SharePoint client object model to query lists, manipulate list items, create on-demand reports to deliver easy-to-understand content.
Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Must possess strong time management skills.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
