The process was straightforward and fairly easy until it stopped unexpectedly. In the first technical round, I was asked about Spring concepts such as @Transactional and global exception handling, along with questions about my current project. It felt more like a practical discussion of what I had worked on than a difficult algorithmic interview.
After that, I received an online assessment link. It included one easy Java coding question and a Spring Boot question focused on filters and MVC interceptors. The questions were stack-specific rather than particularly time-consuming, so I would describe the technical difficulty as manageable if you are comfortable explaining core Spring Boot behavior.
I was then called to choose slots for a third-round interview. However, the day before that round, I received an email saying the vacancy had closed. That was disappointing because the communication up to that point had been organized, but I never got the chance to complete the process or receive an offer. My main takeaway is to be ready to discuss your own project clearly, especially design choices and how you use transactions and exception handling, and to review the distinction between servlet filters and Spring MVC interceptors before the assessment.
