The most memorable part of my Coforge interview was that even the nontechnical conversations had a technical edge. The process was smooth and fairly average in difficulty overall, with two main stages: a technical interview followed by an approximately one-hour HR/managerial discussion. I was nervous because it was my first interview, but the interviewers were open-minded and invited suggestions, which made the conversation easier.
The technical round covered a broad range of computer science fundamentals. I was also given a coding problem involving sorting, so it was useful to be comfortable writing and explaining basic string/array and DSA code rather than only discussing theory. They spent time on my resume and previous experience as well; one question asked specifically about my experience using APIs through Postman.
