Process Length
Candidates who interviewed for Atos Business Analyst roles describe a process that tests how you think more than what tools you know. Two report a condensed process that felt like a single day. One describes a company presentation, a simple filtering test, then scenario-based one-on-one interviews. Another describes a group discussion, a personal interview and a technical round with case studies.
The scenarios stand out. One candidate was asked to reason through what happens when a card is inserted into an ATM and how the balance is determined. The same candidate was asked how to gather requirements from stakeholders spread across time zones. Practise explaining a system step by step and structuring requirements gathering across distributed teams. Standard BA questions also appeared: documenting requirements, managing them without tools, swimlanes in Activity Diagrams and the purpose of Use Case Diagrams. That candidate also faced estimation-style brainteasers, while another was asked about Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
Resume depth matters too. One Business Analyst candidate says most questions came directly from the resume, and another was asked about C++, SQL and project stories. Re-read every line of your resume and be ready to explain it without hesitation. Finally, one candidate reports unclear communication about selection status and no offer, so confirm next steps in writing.

Synthesized from candidate reports. Individual experiences may vary.
One Business Analyst candidate describes a company presentation followed by a simple test used to filter candidates. Expect basic reasoning rather than heavy technical content, though the format may vary by hiring channel.
One candidate reports a group discussion judged on problem approach and communication, followed by a personal interview about career path and motivation. Candidates may be asked to walk through their resume, technical skills such as SQL or C++, leadership and project stories in detail.
One candidate reports scenario-based, fairly demanding one-on-one questions, such as reasoning through an ATM balance check and gathering requirements from stakeholders in different time zones. Another reports case studies that looked at how you break down a business problem and choose an analytical approach.
Candidates report questions on requirements documentation, swimlanes, Use Case Diagrams, Agile, Scrum and Kanban. Estimation and logic brainteasers, such as fitting objects into a room, were also mentioned by one candidate. Finance topics like options may come up for candidates with finance backgrounds.
Two Business Analyst reports describe offers, one of them quickly after the rounds. A separate candidate reports conflicting selection messages, a rejection two days before an internship start and no HR response. Candidates may want to keep written confirmation of status.
