You will assist with the preparation of the federal, state, investments and international compliance and will assist with tax accounting for quarterly and annual reporting requirements. You will work with a cross-functional team of tax professionals, as well as business partners, to ensure the highest level of quality in our tax compliance and reporting processes. You will be involved in significant tax planning initiatives involving acquisitions, corporate restructurings, consolidated returns and international issues.
