Position Summary Supports our technical Source-of-Truth tool initiative planning, development, testing and implementation for Individual Part D benefits. Collaborates cross-functionally with Informatics, Part D Product SMEs, Part C Product SMEs, and supports Medicare local markets. Participates and manages CMS Rx bid process from beginning to end. Participates as a team member and serves as subject-matter-expert responsible for accurately interpreting CMS guidance and HPMS software. Accountable for knowledge sharing with Informatics team responsible for software coding. Required Qualifications -In-depth knowledge of Medicare regulatory environment. -Well versed in pharmacy benefits and PBM functions and have a minimum of -2- 3 years of related working knowledge of Part D products and services. -Working ability and attention to detail to identify and recommend business requirements, technical and process changes with focus on compliant and accurate bid submissions as well as implementation activities. -Advanced Microsoft office suite experience (database management, query and excel), especially working with large/complex Excel and JSON files. -Experience working and communicating in a highly matrixed environment. -Well-organized, self-starter, independent and motivated. Position Summary
The CVS Enterprise Identity & Access Management (EIS IAM) team is responsible for managing all aspects of workforce identity and access management in the company. We are currently going through a major technology modernization effort. As part of this effort, we are on a mission to implement cutting edge product stack in authentication, authorization, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) areas. We are a team of highly motivated and skilled engineers focused on implementing the modern tool stack and retiring several outdated technologies. We are looking to add experienced, skilled and motivated leaders, engineers and analysts to this growing team who are passionate about technology and solving challenging problems to take our IAM platform to new heights.
About the Role
As The Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) product manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of talented engineers and analysts to implement the SailPoint Identity Now platform from ground up in a very complex setup that involves over half million identities, 5000 applications and several on perm and vendor products that are part of the current IGA ecosystem. If you have worked in a large scale, complex IAM ecosystem involving several stakeholders, built creative solutions with out-of-the-box thinking then you are perfect fit for this role. The typical pay range for this role is:
$124,372.50 - $247,200.00
