WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING <ul><li>Join as primary source of analytics and Ux engineering projects, from ideation to deployment and monitoring, driving successful outcomes and high service level.</li><li>Develop cutting edge Ux for business analytics to support 10x kaizen project funnel, across all business functions from within the Business Solutions team.</li><li>Designing and developing system and process improvements to make analytics highly functional, user friendly Ux interfaces, algorithms, and some machine learning. </li><li>Support designs and deliverables with high-quality design flows and documentation.</li><li>Proactive problem solving and systematic job monitoring. Identification and resolving data-related issues, optimizing processes, and improving analytics infrastructure.</li><li>Analytics architecture and support, navigating loosely defined problems, applying structured thinking to design scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective solutions.</li><li>Leverage Snowflake as company system of record, building from the platform, but also external data sources not yet included in company database vision.</li><li>Interpret quantitative data to identify patterns and trends for strategic and tactical decision making. Drive actionable business insights, and build visualizations.</li><li>Accountable for documented "statement of work" proposals following idea intake. Ensure complete BRD, project estimates, user guides, configuration guides, and UAT definition.</li><li>Ensures the highest analytics quality and stability in designs built by this role, peripheral to the actual data quality or data architecture.</li></ul> MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <ul><li>Bachelor's degree. Ideally a master's in computer science, engineering, or equivalent</li><li>7 years' development experience in analytics, data engineering, Ux design, or related.</li><li>Programming skills in Python, SQL, or similar languages.</li><li>Experience with data visualization strategies, methods and tools</li><li>Experience with analytics enabling platforms (i.e. Snowflake, Retool, PowerBI, Tableau).</li><li>Experience in data modeling and performance optimization techniques.</li></ul> PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE <ul><li>Proven excellent communication and collaborator; problem-solving, listening, influencer, building strong relationships. The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one's skills, qualifications, and experience.
