Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST

Description: In this full-time contractor's position, you will have an opportunity to work with Client's Customer Service team to support a variety of functions ensuring our Corporations, Law Firms, and customers get the information they need accurately and quickly. Excellent communication skills, multi-tasking and organizational skills are key to success in this role. Ability to learn the industry and systems will further ensure success in this role.

High School diploma with some college required. 1-3 years of industry experience in a Registered Agent environment preferred but not required.
Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Proven history of accuracy and attention-to-detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Responsibilities:
Extract, process, analyze, and communicate data for reports.
o Proficiency with data extraction and cleaning.
o Precision in handling and processing data to avoid errors.
o Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify agent trends.
o Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and informative reports.
Annual Fees and Tax Notification mail and emails.
o Partner with internal stakeholders to create content for mail and email campaigns.
o Identify target audience and extract client data from our support site.
o Partner with vendors to oversee the print and production of tax mailings.
o Track, Measure, Analyze and communicate results to key stakeholders.
US Government Client Mail Processing o Forwarding mail o Contacting clients for address updates on returned mail.
o Creating mailing labels, US Government Client waybills, and mail metering.
Scanning and Labeling o Scanning registration documents
o Handling requests from team members. o Storing documents per instructions of team members.
Answering Customer calls - 2 hours per week o Receiving incoming calls, answering basic questions, and forwarding to the proper agent.
Handling additional customer requests such as document retrievals and payments. o File Franchise tax reports o Complete annual LLC Payments o Process/create payments for Secretary of State
