Duties and Responsibilities <ul><li>Develops and refine Power BI reports and dashboards, translating pharmaceutical data from diverse sources into visual narratives that inform and drive decision-making across sales, clinical trials, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. </li><li>Crafts and maintains robust data structures and models, including tabular and multidimensional setups, to support comprehensive BI reporting and insights generation. </li><li>Designs and implements business analysis systems and data recording frameworks to streamline reporting processes, ensuring a consistent and efficient approach to data handling. </li><li>Conducts thorough evaluations of existing BI reports, identifying and addressing any issues to enhance accuracy and reliability. </li><li>Collaborates with business stakeholders to deeply understand their data needs, translating these into effective and tailored Power BI solutions. </li><li>Spearheads the integration of BI systems with other enterprise platforms, enhancing data connectivity and workflow automation across departments. </li><li>Champions the adoption of best practices in data visualization, navigation, and interactivity within Power BI, optimizing the end-user experience and the effectiveness of BI tools. </li><li>Engages in proactive exploration of new technologies, analytics methodologies, and BI tools, leading pilot projects to assess their potential impact and integration into Empower's BI ecosystem. </li><li>Drives initiatives for data governance, ensuring the highest standards of data quality, consistency, and security are maintained across all BI platforms and processes. </li><li>Delivers training and development programs to build data literacy and BI tool proficiency among both technical and non-technical team members, fostering a data-driven culture. </li><li>Applies advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning to unearth deeper insights, support strategic decisions, and provide a competitive edge. </li><li>Facilitates regular interaction with key stakeholders through forums and workshops to gather feedback, discuss challenges, and align BI solutions with evolving business needs. </li><li>Continuously monitors and optimizes the performance and scalability of BI systems and tools, ensuring they remain aligned with business objectives and user requirements. </li><li>Utilize storytelling and innovative data visualization techniques to convey complex data insights in an intuitive and engaging manner, aiding in decision-making and strategic planning. </li><li>Leads cross-departmental efforts to integrate disparate data sources, creating a unified and comprehensive data landscape that supports holistic analysis and insight generation. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
