This person will be responsible for the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of market research data for cities across the country. Working under the guidance of the Vice President of Research Strategy & Insights, this Research Analyst will work alongside local market researchers to gather data and insights for clients with large real estate portfolios. There is flexibility regarding the working location, with a preference for a major U.S. Savills office and a three-day hybrid schedule.Responsibilities Include:Gather market intelligence in key commercial real estate markets across the country.Provide regular updates to and maintenance of proprietary market information. This includes data on rental rates, construction pipelines, lease comparables and other key data points. The focus will primarily be the office sector but may also include other property types.Develop knowledge and expertise of market trends in cities nationwide.Support the Vice President, Research Strategy & Insights and their greater team in fulfilling ad hoc requests in a timely and accurate manner.Work closely with the Global Occupier Services team at Savills.
