TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) is seeking an Operations Research Analyst <ul><li>Provide technical, analytical, and support services, including analysis and evaluation of plans, programs, in relation to published guidance, DoD and USAF strategic objectives, and published guidance and policies for national, OSD, Joint, and USAF. </li><li>Perform analysis in taking into account the secondary and tertiary implications, projected threats, Joint contributions, estimated costs, and resource constraints in relation to USAF or CCMD programs, concepts, requirements, doctrine, alternatives, orders, and technical risk. </li><li>7+ years of experience with working in operations research, systems analysis, or management sciences and/or 8 years of experience with working as an operations research analyst in the DoD. </li><li>Shall be certified as defined by DODI 8570 at a level appropriate to skill level.</li><li>Active TS/SCI required</li></ul>

Job Description Reporting to the Director of Prospect Development, the Prospect Research Analyst conducts biographical and financial research on individuals, corporations, and foundations to inform and support fundraising strategy. Using a variety of sources, the Prospect Research Analyst develops and synthesizes information on current and prospective donors to create user-friendly reports. The Analyst screens, verifies, and rates prospective donors and proactively identifies new major and principal gift donors. As a part of a collaborative team, the Analyst ensures that the best prospects are assigned to the front-line fundraising team and plays a critical role in the overall success of the growing Institutional Advancement program. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Mine database and news sources to identify new prospects</li> <li>Populate and maintain a prospect pool for discovery</li> <li>Verify donor wealth and philanthropic capacity</li> <li>Identify donor interests and connections</li> <li>Implement process for capturing and mapping relationships of top prospects</li> <li>Create prospect profiles/bios</li> <li>Support the development of high-capacity portfolios</li> <li>Recommend engagement strategies and target gift goals</li> <li>Segment prospects for targeted appeals/projects</li> <li>Track research activity and prepare reports to support internal Prospect Development metrics</li> <li>Maintain proficiency with standard prospect research resources</li> <li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Demonstrates proficiency in data collection, verification, and analysis.</li> <li>Ability to prioritize among a variety of tasks and simultaneously monitor and maintain multiple projects to meet deadlines.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team dedicated to responsive service.</li> <li>Ability to handle sensitive material with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.</li> <li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and fundraising databases/resources, such as Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, DonorSearch, ResearchPoint, WealthPoint, TargetAnalytics, Foundation Search, LexisNexis, or similar services/databases.</li></ul> EDUCATION: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree is required.</li></ul> LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION:
