Job Description What makes this role important at Ipsos: As a Research Analyst supporting our US-based Corporate Reputation team, you play a role in supporting the day-to-day execution of research programs and delivery of strategic insights to our clients. Your work includes a variety of studies designed to understand our clients' reputation and guide strategies that help them build trust with key stakeholders. This role requires sharp time management skills and a keen attention to detail. This is a position where you will learn to be a major force in research design and gain experience managing key market research projects and advising clients. What you can expect to be doing: <ul> <li>Executing and coordinating the fundamentals of research projects with precision, on time, and on budget, working closely with teammates </li> <li>Supporting the full life-cycle of a project from questionnaire design through to analysis planning with senior team members </li> <li>Liaising with internal operations teams to help manage the launching and ongoing fieldwork of research studies </li> <li>Performing in-depth quality checks at every stage of the project </li> <li>Supporting analysis of quantitative, qualitative and digital data to help answer client business questions </li> <li>Preparing client deliverables (reports, presentations) in collaboration with senior team members, finding new and exciting ways to visualize the data that elevates our storytelling </li> <li>Supporting multiple projects/priorities and gradually build increased responsibility to become more independent </li> <li>Participating in mentorship of new Analysts and Interns, including shadowing on projects, providing guidance on tasks throughout the project lifecycle, etc. </li> <li>Attending client briefing meetings and results presentations, build presentation skills via attending client presentations and through dedicated skills training </li> <li>Participating in initiatives that support our service line (i.e., growth/new product/employee training & engagement) </li> </ul> This might be the job for you if you have: <ul> <li>BA or BS in marketing, business, communications, or related field </li> <li>Some experience in market research, marketing, communications or digital analytics is preferred </li> <li>A curious mindset or a genuine fascination for the field of communications and reputation management </li> <li>A passion for working with data and extracting meaningful insights </li> <li>An ability to learn quickly, work efficiently, and succeed in an everchanging, innovative environment </li> <li>An interest in storytelling with the capacity to express narratives visually and verbally</li> <li>Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining a strong attention to detail </li> <li>Ease and confidence with "thinking on your feet" </li> <li>Business acumen and critical thinking skills </li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal </li> <li>The ability to thrive within a team environment and a willingness to contribute to a positive culture </li> <li>Some experience with survey research and/or digital analytics </li> <li>Proficiency with MS Office & Google Workplace (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, and Slides)</li> </ul> Location: We are open to hiring this position with a hybrid work arrangement in several U.S. and Canadian Ipsos offices.
