Job Description   U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services is one of the largest providers of corporate trust services in the world. Our clients look to us for trustee, agency, escrow, document custody and money market issuing services via our 48 domestic offices and three international offices. The Collateralized Debt Obligation (CDO) and Global Structured Finance (GSF) groups are divisions within U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services and provide services on structured finance vehicles that issue both debt and equity liabilities, the proceeds of which are used to buy a portfolio of collateral such as syndicated bank loans, corporate bonds, ABS, MBS, CMBS and Mezzanine debt. These services include Trust Reporting, which requires review of the deal documents, set up of cashflow priorities, collection of periodic asset activity data, reporting to bondholders, and when required, trust tax reporting.
Essential Functions    Read and interpret trust indentures with regard to reporting requirements.
Create technical report specifications from indenture language.
Set up payment calculations in a variety of in-house systems.
Receive, map and reconcile periodic collateral data.
As required, make tax elections, file for EIN’s, and track residual holder transfers.
As required, perform portfolio compliance tests on a selection of structured fixed income deals (trade testing).
Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and/or tax reports.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made.
Perform quality control review of reports, meeting timeliness and accuracy standards.
Frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors and rating agencies.
Basic Qualifications    Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Two to three years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience    Basic understanding of syndicated bank loans, fixed income securities, securitization, trading or mutual funds.
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data.
Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet established deadlines in a dynamic working environment with minimal supervision.
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications.

Job Description

The Technical Data, Risk & Reporting Analyst is responsible for end-to-end report development, analysis, and collaboration across Digital. Applicants must be comfortable with data governance routines and Enterprise Data Governance policy. Will be responsible for sharing responsibilities related to SQL db management. Must be able to balance multiple projects concurrently. Must be knowledgeable of risk programs, control reviews, QA and QC metrics as the incumbent will be expected to identify and speak to their report results.

Responsibilities may also entail project management on reports/applications/workflows that span across partners and/or programs.

Partners with leaders in their assigned Line of Business, Risk/Compliance/Audit (RCA) Consultants, and other RCA Managers to, depending on the function, oversee the successful creation, implementation, and maintenance of an effective risk management framework. Lead projects and/or activities that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Facilitate the identification of gaps and drive solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems, or human errors. Ensures the active identification, response and/or escalation of risks as appropriate. May influence policies and procedures to maximize profit potential and minimize regulatory exposure. Accountable for an effective partnership between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense.

Job Description

Join the U.S. Bank Workforce Analytics team as an HR Reporting Analyst. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating HR reports to support reporting projects that gather and integrate resources and business data. The HR Reporting Analyst will assist in the creation of  Workday Reporting -  both Custom Reports and template as well as reporting using  Analytics Plus  through  Cornerstone  to create ad hoc reports and dashboards. You may also train on and support ServiceNow or legacy tool reporting and leverage BI tools like Power BI to tell a story with the data.

The person in this position will be processing requests received through U.S. Bank's case management system,  ServiceNow . This position will also be a critical partner to the Business Analysts on the Workforce Analytics team by helping with requirements gathering or user acceptance testing (UAT). The person in this position will need to be able to work independently and under minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities:

Process Workday and Cornerstone report requests received through U.S. Bank's case management system
Collaborate with business partners to prioritize requests/needs
Partner with Workforce Business Analysts
Collaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis (examples: Product Management, HR Business Partners, Risk Management, etc.)
Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they activate upon them and make data driven decisions. Ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards
Requirements:     Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three or more years of reporting and data analysis experience
Preferred Requirements:     Experience in Workday or Cornerstone reporting is desired
Experience with HR reporting and insights
MS Excel experience utilizing Pivot Tables, Power Pivots, Charts, Conditional Formatting, creating formulas and utilizing Excel prebuilt formulas, V-Lookups, and File Joins
Experience partnering with Human Resource Professionals regarding their human capital data needs for HR processes (e.g. performance management, engagement survey, succession planning, etc.) and overall talent lifecycle (e.g. talent acquisition, terminations, onboarding, etc.)
Experience creating and running reports in the Human Capital Management system(s),Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and/or E360, for the purposes of extracting, collecting, organizing, analyzing and interpreting results for insights
Experience developing dashboards in Power BI is preferred
Experience working with relational databases is highly preferred
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to document in detail process to ensure compliance
Must be comfortable with ambiguity and having the mental agility to quickly adjust and adapt to change
