Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for client feedback and feature requests, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of client-facing applications. Analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize product performance. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on client-facing applications in the Wealth Management or Banking industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and launching digital products or platforms, preferably within a financial services context. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Additional Requirements:
