They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate Product Manager to join their team.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development, management and marketing of their 3-dimensional, durable goods, products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to product strategy and drive the success of our client's product portfolio.

Associate Product Manager Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior product managers to develop and execute product strategies that align with company objectives and customer needs
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscapes
Assist in defining product requirements, specifications and roadmaps based on market insights and customer feedback
Work closely with engineering, design and manufacturing teams to oversee product development from concept to launch
Support the creation of marketing collateral, product documentation and sales tools to effectively promote products in the market
Monitor product performance and customer feedback and make data-driven recommendations for product enhancements or modifications
Assist in managing product lifecycles, including pricing, inventory management and end-of-life strategies
Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements and consumer preferences to inform product decisions and strategies

Associate Product Manager Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the durable goods industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with 3-dimensional, durable goods, products and understanding of manufacturing processes is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Proven track record of driving results and achieving business objectives
Self-motivated with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work onsite in the Western Chicagoland suburbs for at least 2 days a week
