This Role:

Our collaborative team is seeking a Product Manager based out of our Innovation Center in Grand Rapids, MI. This will be a full-time, hybrid role (1-2 days/week in office) reporting to the manager of product management.

What You Will Do:

The Product Manager (Roofing) will ensure the overall health and profitability of their product category by effectively positioning product in the industry through successful management of data, trends, and cross functional initiatives.

How You Will Do It:

Data

Collects customer feedback and product data
Analyzes data using Excel, Smartsheets, Tableau, and/or ERPs
Identifies and anticipates short and long term trends/climates in the industry
Identifies/prioritizes growth initiatives for category
Develops customer value and pricing

Projects

Leads cross functional projects partnering with sales, marketing, engineering and operations

Daily Running the Business, Cyclical Projects

Communicates/trains internal teams on product updates/availability
Keep catalog up-to-date/ Updates product pricing annually
Support sales with materials for trade shows
Provide Sales Team and Customer Service with product training

What Were Looking For:

Current U.S. work authorization without requiring future visa sponsorship (required)
Bachelors degree in business or related field and several years of progressive work experience in product management (required)
Excellent communication and Microsoft Office Suite skills (required)
