Essentra Components is immediately hiring for an Associate Product Manager to join our Product Management team in Erie, PA. As an Associate Product manager are responsible to support the Product Management Teams in their work to managing all aspects of the product lifecycles including NPI (new product implementation), product data management, pricing support, category marketing efforts, product training, promotion and overall go to market strategies.

As an Associate Product Manager you be responsible for the following:

Work regularly with the whole global Product Management team (with focus on AMER), various Marketing teams, PIMs (Product Information Managers), PIE (Product Information Executive) and Commercial Sales teams within Essentra.
Regularly interactions with logistics, technical, operations and globally counterparts to achieve the goals of product department to support the product sales and margins of our standard offer.
Managing and triage of questions from AMER based customers via the commercial teams (Sales & Customer Service) and various other departments that are managed either thru CE or via a shared email.
Manage the AMER sku notification process (Bonded Process) to communicate with Commercial leaders when a part change (like obsolesce, design modification, or to various delay caused by a manufacturing issue or vendor challenge). These will be made working with Product Managers, Supply Team and Operations.
Supporting a wide range of specific product projects via guidance and partnership with the Product managers; these can range from data review, creations, or corrections to supporting the creation of marketing materials in either pdf, print and/or website, to helping in various stages of new product launches just to name typical tasks.
Support ongoing Marketing &Training Support: Support Product Managers is the expansion of knowledge to customer service and commercial or marketing teams. Ideally using feedback to inquiries from Commercial team or while coordinating on marketing projects to educate based subject on hand; plus add some expanded knowledge at the same time.

Proficient with Excel.
Ability to manage various tasks and work through challenges to completion in timely fashion
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Works well with other teams to ensure all parties are engagement and properly involved; to ensure successful completion of projects
Associate Degree or related work experience
