**JOB Title: Product Manager, technical and customer support** AGCO is currently seeking a Product Manager, Technical and Customer Support to join our Precision Ag & Digital team in Duluth, GA. The Product Manager role combines the SaFe Agile roles of Product Manager and EPIC Owner. The position's responsibilities can be summarized as the end-to-end ownership for Technical and Customer Support related to products that are not onboard AGCO equipment. A successful Product Manager, Technical and Customer Support is a visionary leader possessing strong skills in business management and digital products. The position will be leading a team of 5-8 product owners and solution specialists to achieve tactical and strategic goals. These requires proactive collaboration with teams across AGCO to ensure alignment and application of practices that both support business goals and meet the needs of our customers. Reporting to the Director, Digital Product Management, this position requires the ability to understand business issues and articulate the business context of projects and processes to facilitate, prioritize, plan, and deliver on product timelines. The Product Manager should have a proven track record of delivery within a SaFe Agile environment and within budget while also indirectly leading the development team internally and externally to meet project goals. Relocation assistance is available to the Duluth, GA area for this position; however, this position can be located remotely.
