<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div>Salary: $140,000 to $200,000 Company and Role Summary The Lisbon Group provides services within three primary core competencies: Engineering, EPC project execution and management, and Operations Services.  We use our recognized expertise in upstream, midstream and LNG production facilities to provide full multi-disciplinary engineering services, EPC Contracting, and operational services. We are a learning organization and take the lessons learned from the projects we complete to continuously improve each of our core competencies.  We are looking for a Process Engineering Manager with a strong ability to lead a team of process engineers and ensure successful project execution by taking technical engineering accountability for project deliverables. If you have an exceptional hands-on process engineering services background and are interested in gaining exposure in the energy transition sector (LNG, NGL, decarbonization, H2, ammonia, etc.) than this may be the right opportunity for you. This role will report to the Technical Director and will be a pivotal part of the foundation of our growing team. What You Will Do<ul><li>Lead, perform, and oversee specific project tasks and deliverables related to process design</li><li>Take engineering accountability over the process design discipline and team </li><li>Participate in recruiting, retaining, and developing technical team members</li><li>Utilize advanced technical knowledge to perform engineering assignments including solving complex problems and project responsibilities </li><li>Highly competent to perform all process engineering functions including deliverables such as feasibility and optimization studies, process simulations and heat and material balances, process equipment sizing, process data for instrument and mechanical data sheets, hydraulic piping line sizing and other philosophies and reports; In addition, highly competent to perform relief calculations and flare network modeling</li><li>Able to check engineering calculations as well as check drawings in accordance with industry codes and standards; assign tasks to and supervise the work of less senior personnel</li><li>Interface with other engineering disciplines and design team to ensure quality of work and consistent technical content is maintained for all design documents/data throughout the project</li><li>Produce engineering reports and technical notes</li></ul> Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>We are an engineering and EPC contractor- a career dedicated to engineering contracting and EPC project execution is required to be successful</li><li>10+ years related offshore and onshore upstream, midstream with an engineering contractor (required)</li><li>Bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or related field (required)</li><li>Proven ability and interest in generating, checking and approving core engineering deliverables described above in a timely / professional manner (required)</li><li>Experience developing and owning engineering reports, creating and documenting, engineering calculations, summary reports and PowerPoint slide decks (required)</li><li>A proven ability to guide, coach and support the development of senior-level through graduate-level process engineers (required)</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills (required)</li><li>Ability to interact effectively with vendors and clients (approximately 90% of your work involves internal interaction - 10% external)</li><li>International experience - we execute work across the globe (beneficial)</li><li>Field experience including construction, commissioning, start-up, and operational support (beneficial)</li></ul> What's In It For you?<ul><li>Join us in making a difference today for a sustainable tomorrow!</li><li>Direct access to the leaders of the company as you work to make important decisions on project and client strategies</li><li>The ability to directly influence engineering standards, project success and project delivery</li><li>Rare ability to support projects across their life cycle: end-to-end visibility from feasibility, execution and operations</li><li>Ability to shape your role to play to your strengths and grow</li></ul> Current authorization to work within the United States is required. We are looking for an innovative problem solver and driven Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls Manager (local candidates strongly preferred) who is motivated by helping customers find solutions to complex challenges. If you have a proven track record advising clients on making the right decisions for their projects and assets and are interested in gaining exposure in the energy transition sector (LNG, NGL, decarbonization, H2, ammonia, etc.) than this may be the right opportunity for you. This position is critical to our success and will require a true expert in this space. This role will report to the Managing Director and will be a pivotal part of the foundation of our growing team. This position can be based in Houston or Seattle office. What You Will Do<ul><li>Serves as subject matter expert and ensures deliverables for electrical engineering function and team</li><li>Lead, perform, and oversee specific project tasks and deliverables related to electrical engineering</li><li>Provide guidance to electrical team in solving technical problems</li><li>Provides project electrical design execution from conceptual design through design completion</li><li>Develops Front-end Engineering Design (FEED) Packages, detailed design packages, electrical basis of design, one-line & three-line diagrams, load list, power studies (greenfield and brownfield), power integration and controls hierarchy philosophies and plans</li><li>Prepares electrical equipment including packaged equipment specifications, datasheets, request for quote (RFQ’s), technical bid and purchase recommendations.
