Their duties include hiring and training qualified engineering staff, setting project budgets, priorities, and timelines for completion, as well as coaching and developing engineering staff.Primary ResponsibilitiesSafety is the top priority. We're currently seeking eager and game changing Leaders to join our growing and expanding team.Lead, facilitate, and execute continuous improvement projects using a variety of Process Engineering Skills including Six Sigma, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, (5S/Visual Factory, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Events) and FMEA. Projects require a cost justification; project plans and timely focused project execution resulting in measurable, sustained business improvements. Provides overall management of the Process Engineering group. Process Engineering provides technical direction for the site.
