Lead technical teams and assign tasks with clear priorities aligned with business needs. Partner with the Quality organization to identify and resolve systemic quality issues using DBS principles to ensure improvements are implemented in a compliant and sustained manner.</li><li>Develop and manage budget for large Capital Equipment deployment to support expansions and capacity increase.
