SCOPE OF POSITION:Responsible for managing all aspects of the Platform Solutions Engineering department including but not limited to: project management, product development, business development, leadership of department, collaboration across CS, design services. Degree (M.S. preferred) in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional Engineering licensure (PE) and current NCEES Record, or the ability to establish this record required.</li><li>Ability to analyze static and dynamic structures and calculate member/material stresses. </li><li>Ability to apply engineering concepts and interpret code as necessary for the application of our products.</li><li>Familiarity with structural design, including steel, aluminum, and concrete.</li><li>Responsible for product compliance with applicable testing and code provisions.</li><li>Strong organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead others. </li><li>Ability to use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) System. </li><li>Ability to use design software, such as STAAD, MathCAD, Risa 3D etc. </li><li>Knowledge of construction and fabrication methods. </li></ul>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Yes</li></ul> PRIMARY LOCATION: US-NJ-Lebanon TRAVEL: Yes, 20 % of the Time EMPLOYEE TYPE: Full-Time Regular <img src="https://www.click2apply.net/v/655097daf62ad3e2f392aec8" /> PI37526ea258ff-26289-31609974
