This role involves working with business and technology stakeholders to develop new features, improve data quality, and manage data architecture projects. Location: California residents only
Responsibilities:
Manage software development projects from initiation through to implementation. This includes leading the planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications.
Must have experience leading projects implementing various data and digital initiatives.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet required quality standards.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, vendors, software developers, testers, and other team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and to the expected quality.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Implement quality control processes to ensure software applications are developed and integrated to meet quality standards. Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve defects.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project progress updates.
Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and project management.
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Strong technical understanding of software development and integration processes.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
Knowledge of Change and Incident Management processes.
