Managed Services is a fast-growing area of the Visa business where our people are the product  and the priority.What a QA Campaign Data Analyst does at Visa:As the QA Campaign Data Analyst you will support a range of marketing campaigns by ensuring accuracy, completeness and reliability of data and insights. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other Data Analysts to support the delivery of key lifecycle management campaigns for one of our key issuing clients.In this role you will also:Ensure quality assurance processes and standards are met for campaign analysis within our clients environmentCollaborate with campaign analysts, data engineers and IT teams to establish data validation procedures and quality checks throughout the campaign lifecycleConduct comprehensive audits of campaign data sources, including but not limited to tracking tags, conversion events, audience segmentation and performance metricsReview campaign performance reports, dashboards and presentations to identify discrepancies, anomalies and areas for improvementPerform regression testing and validation of data pipelines, ETL processes and reporting tools to ensure data integrity and consistencyDocument processes, key learnings, quality assurance findings and best practices in artefacts that can be reused across the clients businesPartner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, resolves discrepancies and implement corrective actions to optimise campaign performanceProvide training and support to campaign analysts on quality assurance processes, tools and methodologiesWhy this is important to VisaThis role will support a strategic and multi-dimensional client in Australia as a member of a new and growing team at Visa.
