BIG PICTURE:

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven insights that fuel our content creation strategies. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing social media metrics, audience behaviors, and content performance to optimize our creative processes and maximize audience engagement.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

Analyzing social media data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for content optimization
Utilizing data coming up with strategies for modifying and repurposing existing content to optimize revenue specific to each social platform
Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of content campaigns
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including content creators, marketers, and strategists to inform content strategy decisions
Conducting in-depth audience segmentation and behavioral analysis to understand audience preferences and interests
Utilizing statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings and insights in a clear and compelling manner
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media analytics to continuously enhance our analytics capabilities

WHAT YOU HAVE:

A minimum of 3 years working within the entertainment industry or related area
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics,or related field
Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a social media or digital marketing context
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar languages
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for uncovering insights and solving problems
Prior experience with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus

WHO OVERSEES YOU:

The Data Analyst will report directly to the Head of Social

WHO YOU OVERSEE:

Currently, the Data Analyst has no personnel reporting directly to him or her

WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:

Our Data Analyst will work remotely from home or personal office and will be required to utilize a time tracking software to log and submit work hours

WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS:

The typical work schedule is 40 hours a week, specific times will be discussed during the interview
