Position Overview The Operations Principal Business & Data Analyst is responsible for leading the process improvement initiatives within Bank Operations (Deposit Operations, Loan Operations, Card Services, Treasury Management Operations and Electronic Payments). This is a principal position with a high-level of independence and autonomy; while the role does not currently include direct people management, the incumbent will have significant influence, dotted line relationships and the opportunity for direct people management.
