Job Title: Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst Job Description The Analytics & Decision Support team supports the business and operations teams with data infrastructure, tools, and analytical support. Through data warehousing, visualization, and examination, this position helps our clients optimize their operations across all service lines: facilities management, project management, finance, portfolio administration, cost forecasting, etc. A senior analyst works closely with our clients and database technical team to automate data collection from source operational systems, aggregate and standardize the information in a data warehouse, and develop Tableau dashboards that improve the warehouse to generate substantial client insights. Additionally, the CBRE GWS Insights group helps our clients develop budgets, benchmark facility operating costs, and predict upcoming capital requirements.
