The Business Analyst will execute new and existing client transitions and work team members and healthcare payer clients. He or She will also contribute to the team by assisting with identifying barriers, providing resolutions and solutions through training and collaboration with the Implementation Team and internal Zelis resources. Position Overview The Business Analyst role will be a critical player in the Global Operations team for the Price Optimization division. Under the direction of the SVP, Global Operations for the division, this role will be responsible for engaging with operations teams, product managers, and project leads on significant projects such as deep dive workflow mapping and operational efficiency projects to manage the capacity for on-shore and off-shore teams.
