General Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions.

Essential Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new projects or initiatives.
Document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in a clear and concise manner.
Work closely with agile product owner, development, design, and QA, to ensure that requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to elicit requirements and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Support the testing and validation of new features, enhancements, and changes to ensure they. Meet business requirements and quality standards.

Position Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, Abilities):

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a EdTech driven environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis and requirements elicitation.

Travel:
While this is a remote position, there are the occasional in-office meetings and the ability to come in for any required training will be needed.
