Description & RequirementsThe Business Analyst supports the Indiana Eligibility Operations program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Apply strong analytical reasoning to understand end user's requirements and transform them into operational applications. </li><li>Acquire deep knowledge of working systems and bring efficient and effective changes for better performance across programs. </li><li>Extract, analyze, and report data to support program activity and assist in management decision making. </li><li>Audit, evaluate, track, and report performance activity for Performance Management and contract compliance purposes (e.g., alignment with the program’s service-level agreements,) </li><li>Work closely with operations staff to define requirements, test criteria, and identify success factors. </li><li>Data validation </li><li>Working cross functionally to meet project goals. </li></ul>Must be willing to work East Coast hours.Must be willing to travel to Indianapolis approximately once a quarter.Equivalent experience with be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. Overview: We are seeking an analyst who understands and considers both the business and the technical engineering/IT needs to ensure quality digital products and related operational workflows to meet/exceed the desired business objectives.
