Job Description Full Visibility is seeking a Business Analyst to work in Quantico, VA. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering customer product requirements (may include coordinating travel for stake holder meetings), liaising between subject matter experts (SMEs) and various product owners, and conducting product testing to ensure correct implementation. The Business Analyst will provide help line oversight, training coordination, coordination with Operations Support team to ensure technical processes and documentation are up-to-date. The Business Analyst will support all software and network development meetings; and will be proactive in seeking an understanding of all products and services in the program, while gaining a SME understanding of the equipment, applications, devices, and interfaces being used. The successful candidate will participate in product lifecycle - to include product testing, integration, and deployment of leading-edge technology and will engage with personnel to ensure project deliverables and requirements are met. Your experience with the USMC will be vital in understanding and translating the unique needs of our defense clients into actionable business solutions. Responsibilities <ul><li>Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and team members to elicit business requirements and define business processes.</li><li>Analyze and document business processes, operational scenarios, and system requirements.</li><li>Support requirements decomposition into user stories in an Agile Development lifecycle</li><li>Work closely with the technical team to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system designs and solutions.</li><li>Facilitate meetings and workshops with clients to define and refine business processes and requirements.</li><li>Facilitate the creation of functional and technical diagrams and related artifacts</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with USMC clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.</li><li>Contribute to project planning and milestone delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Provide mentorship to Junior Business Analysts</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience working directly with the USMC or in the defense sector.</li><li>Proven ability to elicit and document business requirements and operational scenarios.</li><li>Experience in defining and implementing new business processes.</li><li>Experience capturing requirements through business process modeling (BPM) following industry standards.</li><li>Experience with business process analysis.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Project management skills and experience are desirable.</li><li>Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships in team environments and with other business organizations.</li></ul> Physical Demands Position consists of sitting for long periods of time, bending, stooping, crouching, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
