This position involves analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating to ensure the successful implementation of new products and initiatives. The Jr Business Analyst works closely with the Product Manager and Product Owner to ensure the alignment of business requirements with technical solutions and communicates effectively with other teams and management to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and requirements. The Jr Business Analyst will work closely with the product, actuarial, technology, marketing, sales, underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to ensure all proposed initiatives are executed.Role and ResponsibilitiesTo perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and should demonstrate the following competencies to consistently perform the essential functions of this position. Description & RequirementsThe Business Analyst supports the Indiana Eligibility Operations program.
