Select Medicals Digital Experience team is a collaborative group including a project manager, business analysts, and developers. It focuses on delivering innovative digital solutions that exceed the changing needs of our patients and employees. To help us achieve this mission, we are hiring a Business Analyst that will focus on new and ongoing initiatives including our employee portal, several brand websites, digital marketing campaigns and the job applicant experience. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual that enjoys collaborating with other team members and with the Communications and Branding department, possesses excellent communication and documentation skills, is highly organized and skilled in the use of Agile methodologies. Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will provide support to projects related to a variety applications critical to our outpatient line of business. In this role, you will be viewed as a subject matter expert. The areas of responsibilities include completion of assigned tasks for newly developed functionality, implementation of application software, and maintenance of existing applications. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation as well as testing application functionality. You will ensure customer satisfaction by responding in a timely manner for issues escalated from the Solution Center. This position must coordinate and communicate with other IS resources who are assigned to support application issues and project tasks. Provide on call support, as required and occasional planned off hours support for project/release implementations.
