Job Title: Business Analyst- Implementation of CLM solution

Duration: 6+ months contract

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Job Description:

· Participation in business requirements and functional design phase

· Requirement gathering around Icertis Product technical customization and configurations

· Work with Icertis product consultants to design and configure contracts processes in Icertis product

· Understanding of the existing integrations between current CLM and other internal systems.

· Design of integration architecture

· Identification of Product technical gaps

· interact with Icertis Vendor and technical team on product issue resolution

· Documentation including update to ERS, TDD, and other technical doc of all components related to new CLM product

· Finalize technical scope of work to be executed

· Project Planning, Status Reporting, Defect tracking, issue triage, analysis and resolution as needed

· Other duties as assigned by the respective manager.

· Experience in min 2 projects of end -end CLM implementation; preferably Icertis
