Project Manager & Business Analyst As an AEC Software Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our software solutions align with industry needs and client expectations. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth business analysis, managing software development projects, and overseeing their successful implementation. Your expertise will guide the development of software that addresses the unique challenges of the AEC sector, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements specific to the AEC industry, converting them into actionable project plans and technical specifications. Lead project teams through the entire software development lifecycle, applying agile methodologies to manage project scope, timeline, and resources efficiently. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and stakeholder communications. Act as the primary liaison between the development team and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Implement risk management strategies to identify potential project hurdles and devise contingency plans. Facilitate the integration of new software solutions within client operations, providing training and support as necessary. Evaluate project outcomes, gathering feedback to inform continuous improvement in our software development processes and product offerings. Required Skills & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering or related fields or equivalent experience Proven experience in business analysis and project management within the AEC software industry or related software development projects Understanding of AEC software tools processes, challenges, and technology trends. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with a track record of managing projects to successful completion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) and familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies. Description & RequirementsThe Business Analyst supports the Indiana Eligibility Operations program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Apply strong analytical reasoning to understand end user's requirements and transform them into operational applications. </li><li>Acquire deep knowledge of working systems and bring efficient and effective changes for better performance across programs. </li><li>Extract, analyze, and report data to support program activity and assist in management decision making. </li><li>Audit, evaluate, track, and report performance activity for Performance Management and contract compliance purposes (e.g., alignment with the program’s service-level agreements,) </li><li>Work closely with operations staff to define requirements, test criteria, and identify success factors. </li><li>Data validation </li><li>Working cross functionally to meet project goals. </li></ul>Must be willing to work East Coast hours.Must be willing to travel to Indianapolis approximately once a quarter.Equivalent experience with be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
