You will assist with our clients Human Capital Management Modernization initiative and implementation of Workday. You’ll work alongside IAM product owners and engineers to engage with business stakeholders; product owners and managers; and cross-functional teams to analyze and document business processes and system needs as they related to IAM and Lifecycle Management. You will also work with our User Experience team to gather and analyze data; create benchmarks; and develop KPIs. Through internal IAM efforts and partnership with the Implementation Partner, HRIS and other security teams, you will help the IAM team implement Workday and integrate it with our IDM platform (SailPoint), enhancing our security posture, and delivering a positive end-user experience.
