Responsibilities: Managing and administering the Creatio platform to ensure its smooth operation and optimal performance. Configuring and customizing the Creatio system based on business requirements. Developing and maintaining workflows, business rules, and processes within the system. Creating and managing user roles, security settings, and access permissions. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, system errors, and user problems. Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimizations. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system changes. Conducting system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing. Designing and generating reports, dashboards, and analytics within the Creatio platform. Training end-users on system functionality and providing ongoing support. Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years experience with proven experience as a system administrator, business analyst, or software developer preferably with specific experience in Creatio (formerly bpm online) or similar CRM or BPM platforms. In-depth knowledge of the Creatio platform, including configuration, customization, and administration is ideal, in lieu of Creatio will consider other CRM or BPM platforms such as SAGE or Salesforce. Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and automation. Proficiency in database management, SQL queries, and data integration. Familiarity with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data structures. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide user support. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team. Relevant certifications, such as Creatio Administrator Certification, would be a plus. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to translate business needs and nontechnical information into technical information and visa versa. Able and willing to travel between office locations in Northern and Southern CA to gather user information and incorporate division ideas and needs into the new CRM.
