The ideal candidate will excel in gathering system configuration requirements, bridging the gap between technology and business needs, and ensuring successful project delivery through effective communication and collaboration. Description: Looking for a proactive and independent Business Manager who will collaborate with Retail Corporate Real Estate CRE and Channels management on branch network opportunities conduct research and analysis and build solutions to create an effective and profitable branch distribution network. Work across the org to deliver specific project/program business results in alignment with overall group goals. Engage with leadership and business partners to support the development management and implementation of the network wide roadmap projects from business case development through execution. o Network and collaborate with leaders in Retail CRE and other lines of business to provide a comprehensive project analysis for all branch projects denovo relocation renovation refresh and closures o Build effective relationships with internal/external partners and stakeholders. o Evaluate and present branch investment opportunities to Channels and CRE leadership for de novo and relocation projects. o Build/design input and data collection for project analysis o Conduct research/data analysis/implementation for branch network-based projects. o Assist in the development of project analysis and related business cases for branch network projects. o Play a role in developing maintaining and executing the multi-year US branch network roadmap. o Identify emerging trends to inform decision-making. o Participate in the implementation of initiatives within group and across the org by partnering with various internal external stakeholders as required complexity of initiatives may vary and usually involve multiple stakeholders across the enterprise. o Conducts analysis required to inform recommendations and considers the big picture when assessing whether a course of action is advisable in terms of the group and enterprise goals. o Collaborates with internal external stakeholders to provide business context in the design develop and implementation of programs solutions. o Monitors and tracks project performance research deviations from plan or projections. o Identifies enablers and key issues prior to and during implementation raises issues with stakeholders and offers solutions to resolve issues or risks that jeopardize delivery. Skills: Accounting, Finance, Analysis, Financial analysis, Reconciliation, Operation, banking operations, Data analysis, Reporting Additional Skills & Qualifications: Qualifications: Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong communication presentation and project management skills. Strong collaborator with analytical and problem solving skills for data driven decision making.
