About the teamThe Global Research Operations team:• Leads recruitment and customer engagement initiatives to retain high response rates• Drives customer obsessed solutions to custom testing strategies• Develops visual reporting tools used by cross-team stakeholders• Partners across multiple teams to deep dive into customer data. Key job responsibilities• Support programming, QA, sampling and deployment tasks for surveys across multiple locales and languages• Partner with Research Managers and Operations managers across global panels to support translations tasks and processes• Evaluates and analyzes research scope, define project needs• Designs research approach and strategy, define milestones, timelines, and KPI• Documents end-to-end workflow, RACI, SOP, and SLA as required• Dives deep and analyzes data from various sources and iterate the mechanisms as needed• Identifies opportunities to make the workflow more efficient and recommends strategy for streamlining• Independently or under manager’s supervision make high judgement calls on ambiguous issues• Dive Deep: develop a deep understanding of our partners research needs and create impactful testing strategies• Customer Obsession - Drive excellence in customer engagement and retention policies. Basic qualifications• 1-2 years of professional non-internship experience (marketing, consumer insights, or project management)• Experience in deploying, programming and/or writing surveys• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data• Proficiency in English, and one of: French, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Italian, or Dutch, is a plus• Enthusiasm for film and television production and programming• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications• 2+ years of professional experience in the market research field• Experience translating complex data sets into clear and compelling written narratives• Strong presentation skills specifically speaking about research methodologies and findings• Understanding of basic statistics• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, SPSS, Tableau. Overview Placement Type: Temporary Salary (USD): $35.18 to $39.09 an hour Start Date: 04.29.2024 We are looking for a Business Analyst who is well-organized and possesses the ability to multi-task and help execute the Studio's contracting needs. The ideal candidate will interact with multiple individuals and/or team disciplines as well as external suppliers and partners. Not only will they be responsible for assisting the Studios' contracting and procurement process, but they will also be training business partners on the process. Responsibilities: - Assist in the execution of the Studio's overall contracting process including timelines of deliveries, SLA, and backlog - Partner with internal and external business partners across our business to provide robust contract support and guidance - Execute contracts on behalf of the Studio with external partners, and ensure alignment of contractual terms - Manage the clients requirements for compliance of contractual terms and requirements including the following: Accessibility, Customers' PII, client IP, Supplier Privacy, and client Sustainability initiatives - Manage the Purchase Orders requirements for contracts including the necessary work back schedule to meet internal deadlines - Improve processes and reporting that improve efficiency by working with the Business Management team. Qualifications: - Must have experience with managing written agreements, and procurement processes - Ideally prior experience in the client procure to pay system / policies - Demonstrated experience using Excel for tracking complex contractual spend summaries via pivot tables - Demonstrated experience working in cross-group collaboration and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information - Ability to manage a dynamic and evolving workflow schedule to support and execute multiple agreements - Well-organized with strong attention to detail; effective written and verbal communication, and internal personal skills - Experience partnering with external customers on contract/agreement or finance related inquiries - Passion for games, though that is not required Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1.
