Project OverviewThe Business Analyst will support Digital HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing projects related to the development, implementation, and enhancement of HR technology systems and solutions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR technology systems, resolving issues and optimizing performance as needed. Document requirements and partner with engineering teams to drive implementation. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to design, develop, and test (UAT) royalty processing systems. Optimize business processes and operational workflows. Find creative solutions, establish structure, and lead projects that drive efficiency. Cultivate productive relationships with music rightsholders. Communicate proactively and take prompt ownership of client issues. Basic qualifications: 5+ years of experience in finance, account management, licensing or business development roles. Advanced MS Excel skills. Ability to use advanced formulas and design visually-compelling spreadsheets Experience with financial forecasting and financial modeling. Technical aptitude to analyze and wrangle data in various formats.
