The Senior IT Business Analyst will be responsible for extensive business analysis support of Starr Companies Underwriting applications. The Candidate will work closely with the Product Owner, Technical Lead and other IT BA to contribute to the product strategy on any number of challenging initiatives. This will require in-depth analysis of user requirements, build Features / User Stories using Agile/Scrum, provide mockups, data mappings, coordinating integration points and assist in testing as needed. Candidate should be well versed in the Agile approach. Often this requires a hybrid approach when complex projects require work from external partners and internal development teams as well. Additionally, the candidate will provide maintenance and support of assigned production application, interact with stakeholders at many levels of the organization, from analysts to senior management across multiple departments.

Create data mapping documents to define integrations with external / internal systems
Troubleshoot 2nd level production support issues and manage production support tickets in ticketing system.
Plan and facilitate user acceptance testing with business stakeholders to obtain user acceptance test signoff
