We are looking for a Product Manager- Product Roadmap to join our Product Operations team within our Product Management function. Your job will be to manage roadmap inputs and develop artifacts to articulate the value of R&D investments, working in partnership with cross-divisional teams, including Product Management, Product Market Strategy, Marketing, and Customer Success. The Manager is expected to be knowledgeable of the entire R&D portfolio of work and key investment areas across our revenue cycle services, electronic health record, and patient and partner solutions. This role will act as program manager overseeing systems and tools required to communicate the value of our R&D investments to customers throughout the lifecycle, from roadmap to release and post-GA. This position is a hybrid position based out of our headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts The Team: Our team manages athenahealth's product roadmap and conducts cross-functional ceremonies to communicate product investments to the organization and ensure both internal and external readiness. Product Manager, Nursing Workflows The Opportunity: You will fill a critical role on our athenaClinicals team within our Product Management organization where you will drive product design, development and deployment of workflows and services related to our electronic health record product. In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary team members to drive execution of high-quality solutions to complex problems that delight users and deliver business results. Position Summary: The Product Manager is responsible for one product area within the overarching athenaClinicals Product's portfolio; specifically, this role is focusing on identifying and implementing enhancements to nursing workflows that will improve efficiency and increase satisfaction. In this role, you will have a deep understanding of the market, customer, users and functionality owned by the Clinician Experience zone. This position will work daily within a scrum team defining and writing user stories, prioritizing product backlogs, and making trade off decisions between scope and schedule.
