<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div>The Business Intelligence Analyst will support business intelligence and reporting across multiple business units for Integra Partners. They will develop, implement, and define business metrics along with program-oriented automation processes (including some RPA functions). JOB QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES  The Business Intelligence Analyst’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Assist with the management and support of Integra’s Business Intelligence tools and reporting efforts across multiple business units.</li><li>Build new dashboards and reports to meet the needs of the business, gathering all appropriate requirements.</li><li>Update and maintain suit of existing dashboards. Ensure they are up to date with all current data, KPI/Metric definitions, and supporting documentation</li><li>Identify and recommend opportunities to improve metrics/KPIs, market data, and customer trends.</li><li>Demonstrate analytical insights and partner with business leaders to pursue growth opportunities and address areas of improvement by correcting underlying root-causes and contributing factors.</li><li>Research and identify data structures, data schemes, and data dictionaries across disparate systems, propose recommendations for efficient and improvements.</li><li>Partner with infrastructure and technology teams to ensure scalability and reproducibility for insight driven reporting and analysis.</li><li>Identify areas of opportunity for greater business efficiency; use python, RPA, and/or other tools to automate these processes</li><li>Develop reproducible scripting, reporting and analysis to keep a pulse on improvements.</li></ul> Salary: $75,000/Annually EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>1-2 years of analytic and project management experience including consulting, finance, data analytics, or business decision support</li><li>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.</li><li>Experience with Python, R, SQL, Tableau is a plus.</li><li>Experience with process automation and RPA is a plus.</li><li>Must be highly motivated, dependable, excel with verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work independently under pressure</li><li>Possess the willingness and ability to get beyond the obvious causes of outliers and poor performance, and investigate, identify, and correct the underlying root causes.</li><li>Comfort with ambiguity and ability to effectively multi-task, make tradeoffs, take initiative, and prioritize within a fast-paced, demanding environment</li><li>Outstanding analytical, strategic, problem solving, and creative thinking abilities; enterprising, resourceful, self-starter and team player who can anticipate the needs of the business</li><li>Ability to learn quickly and execute with new found understanding (e.g., industry, business models, products, technology)</li><li>Efficient time and resource management skills to ensure that the service level provided exceeds expectations with a strong commitment to team success and team goals.</li><li>Continuously deliver and execute on tasks to ensure compliance within established guidelines</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail</li></ul>Benefits Offered<ul><li>Competitive compensation and annual bonus program</li><li>401(k) retirement program with company match</li><li>Company-paid life insurance</li><li>Company-paid short term disability coverage (location restrictions may apply)</li><li>Medical, Vision, and Dental benefits</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Paid Parental Leave</li><li>Sick Time</li><li>Paid company holidays and floating holidays</li><li>Quarterly company-sponsored events</li><li>Health and wellness programs</li><li>Career development opportunities</li></ul>Our StoryFounded in 2005, Integra Partners is a leading network management company specializing in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Durable Medical Equipment.
