<div> POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Analyst III is responsible for the establishment, execution, and documentation of requirements acquired from internal technology teams, SMEs and external stakeholders' functional requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: <ol> <li> Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the systems, procedures, and application modules for evaluation, uncovering areas for change via the requirements implementing solutions. </li> <li> Become the expert for all the client functional requirements and how the requirements need to be implemented into the modules </li> <li> Create detailed technical requirements for simple and complex enhancements to existing systems and for new modules ensuring that solutions meet business needs and functional requirements. </li> <li> Conduct interviews with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to vet out the requirements needed and present to client. </li> <li> Manage entering Jira tickets with all appropriate contingencies and time estimates based on technical feedback. Work with Project Manager to assist with meeting deadlines. </li> <li> Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. </li> <li> Lead ongoing reviews of business processes to develop optimization strategies to meet functional requirements. </li> <li> Facilitate the change request process with clients, project manager and internal development team members. </li> <li> Influence stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions. </li> <li> Assist with writing QA test cases for application development. </li> <li> Assist with training and documentation efforts. </li> <li> Write and release communications for enhancements to existing systems. This might include demonstrating the changes implemented. </li> <li> Attend daily meetings and make presentations when necessary to share ideas and discuss findings to determine the applicability of changes to our modules. </li> </ol> REQUIREMENTS SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: <ol> <li> 10+ years of experience in business analysis </li> <li> Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills </li> <li> Drive requirement sessions; willing to </li> <li> Demonstrated ability to create detailed documentation and provide meaningful requirements </li> <li> Expert knowledge of project management and software development life cycle and proven ability to hit project milestones. </li> <li> Advanced technical skills, including competency using Microsoft Suite applications </li> <li> Exhibits initiative and drive to complete tasks in a timely manner. </li> <li> Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities. </li> <li> Demonstrated ability to translate user/business needs into a technical style; to communicate technical instructions to system users; to analyze, evaluate, and integrate business rules into system requirements. </li> </ol> EXPERIENCE: <ol> <li> Ability to lead and document requirement-gathering sessions </li> <li> Review and analyze documentation, use-cases/stories, business rules and process flow to determine what is applicable to our business and writing requirements </li> <li> Demonstrated experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies </li> <li> Ability to build positive relationships and gain trust internally and with clients </li> <li> Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization </li> <li> Health insurance/Billing/Agent commissions experience is a must.
