The Business Analyst leads multiple concurrent projects as well as provides data strategic initiatives and decisions. Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. Collaborates with clients to modify or tailor existing analysis or reports to meet their specific needs. May participate in management reviews, including presenting and interpreting analysis results, summarizing conclusions, and recommending a course of action.#LI-BF3 Qualifications: Education and Work Experience<ol><li>Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or Engineering preferred.</li><li>Experience in analysis, interpretation and reporting data sets.</li><li>Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.</li><li>Ability to make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports.</li><li>Experience using varied statistical methods.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communications skills.</li><li>Experience managing revenue generating projects.</li><li>Strong planning and organization, critical thinking and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to analyze complex problems and recommend solution.</li><li>Good general business skills, high degree of confidentiality, maturity, tactfulness and business ethics.
